Delaware released its 2025 unemployment insurance tax rate schedule on the Department of Labor’s website.
Unemployment insurance tax rates for 2025 are determined using Schedule B, which has rates ranging from 0.4% to 5.4% for experienced employers, according to the schedule. However, the rate for delinquent employers is 6.3%, and the rate for new employers is 1%.
All employers are also subject to a 0.2% operations and technology supplemental tax, according to the schedule. This results in total taxes ranging from 0.6% to 6.5%.
