Unemployment insurance tax rates for Delaware employers in 2026 are determined using Schedule B, a state official said April 20.
Schedule B has tax rates for experienced employers ranging from 0.4% to 5.4%, while the tax rate for delinquent employers is 6.3%, under state law.
New employers, including construction employers, are subject to a 1% unemployment insurance tax rate.
