The US Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division announced minimum wage increases for federal government contract workers effective Jan. 1, 2023, under two notices (87 FR 59468 and 87 FR 59464) that were published Sept. 30.
Executive Orders 13658 and 14026 establish minimum wage rates for workers performing work on or in connection with federal government contracts.
