The hourly minimum wage in East Palo Alto, California, will rise to $17.10 effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to an official notice released Oct. 11.
The official notice is available in English and Spanish. Employers must conspicuously post the notice in workplaces where employees can easily read it, under the city’s minimum wage code.
The minimum wage applies to employees who work in East Palo Alto for at least two hours in a calendar week, under the minimum wage code.
