EEOC, Equal Pay Backers Ask Judge to Close Pay Data Collection

An inaugural collection of race and gender pay data from U.S. businesses should be closed, after more than 89% of employers that must comply with the mandate have submitted that information to the federal government, the EEOC and equal pay advocates told a federal judge in Washington.
