The public will now be able to more easily search, sort, and compare aggregated workplace demographic data collected by the EEOC.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Wednesday unveiled a new data query and visualization tool called “EEOC Explore,” which gives the public access to the most granular data available under the agency’s strict confidentiality requirements. The tool aggregates data the agency collected through reports and surveys on workforce race, sex, ethnicity, and other job information from private employers, unions, state and local governments, and schools.
