The hourly minimum wage in Emeryville, California, will rise to $19.36 from $18.67 effective July 1, according to an update on the city’s website.
The minimum wage applies to employees working at least two hours in the city in a calendar week, under the city’s municipal code.
Emeryville’s minimum wage rate is annually adjusted based on changes to the consumer price index, under the municipal code.
The city has not yet updated its minimum wage poster to reflect the increase.
