Even Trump Wants to See Knicks in Finals as Tickets Hit $3,500

President Donald Trump said he planned to attend an NBA Finals game to see his hometown New York Knicks as they look to win their first title in decades.

“I think I’ll be going to one of the games,” Trump told reporters Wednesday at a Cabinet meeting, saying he was invited by numerous people, including Jim Dolan, the chief executive officer of Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., which owns the team.

“The Knicks have really, they’ve really suffered for years,” he said. “They’re doing, right now, very well.”
