Everett, Washington, released its minimum wage rates for calendar year 2026 on its website.
The hourly minimum wage effective Jan. 1, 2026, is $20.77 for large employers, according to the city’s minimum wage memo. Large employers are those with at least 500 employees, including franchises that are under common control, according to a 2026 minimum wage flyer.
