Unemployment insurance tax rates, which Florida calls the reemployment tax, range from 0.1% to 5.4% for 2025, according to the website. The rate for new employers is 2.7%.
Florida has a static $7,000 unemployment-taxable wage base.
Employers will pay $7 to $378 per employee in state unemployment insurance tax in 2025, according to the website.
