Florida’s unemployment-taxable wage base and unemployment tax rates are unchanged for 2019, the state Department of Revenue said on its website.
The unemployment-taxable wage base is $7,000 for 2019. Unemployment tax rates for experienced employers range from 0.1 percent to 5.4 percent, and the tax rate for new employers is 2.7 percent, the state said Dec. 14.
