All disabled workers in Georgia must be paid at least the federal minimum wage by July 1, 2027, under a law that will go into effect on July 1, 2025.
The Dignity and Pay Act requires employers to pay disabled workers at least the federal minimum wage starting July 1, 2025, unless they hold a federal 14(c) certificate issued by the federal Labor Department on or before that date. The federal minimum wage is currently $7.25 per hour.
