Germany Increases Mini-Job Threshold for 2024, 2025

The monthly wage threshold for part-time jobs, known as mini-jobs, in Germany will increase together with the standard minimum wage in 2024 and 2025, the country’s labor ministry said.

In 2024, mini-jobs are those that pay up to 538 euros (US$580.60) per month, up from 520 euros and increasing to 556 euros in 2025, the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs said in a notice (German).
