Germany to Increase Nursing Minimum Wages

Germany’s hourly minimum wages for nurses are to receive three increases scheduled for later in 2022 and 2023, the country’s health ministry said Feb. 8.

The minimum wages, which are divided into three categories for unskilled, skilled, and specialized nurses, are to increase on Sept. 1, 2022, and on May 1 and Dec. 1, 2023, the Federal Ministry of Health said in a news release (German).
