Starting Jan. 1, 2020, Greece is to add an income tax bracket with a rate of 9% for annual income of up to 10,000 euros (U.S. $11,084.80), under Law No. 4646 (Greek).
Also under the law, the rates applicable to three of the country’s four higher income tax brackets are to be decreased by one percentage point.
Greece’s annual income tax brackets for 2020 are as follows:
- up to 10,000 euros, 9%;
