Hawaii announced the adoption of amended administrative rules that incorporate the 2025 withholding methods on Dec. 4.
The withholding rates for single and married persons, including heads of households, range from 1.4% to 7.9%. The annualized withholding allowance is $1,144.
The standard deduction amount for 2025 is unchanged, while the income limit in each tax bracket is increased, according to a June 6 announcement.
