Idaho’s net unemployment insurance tax rate amounts will remain unchanged for 2023 but will include a special administration reserve-fund surtax, a state labor department official said Nov. 22.
The net tax rates for positive-rated employers will range from 0.207% to 0.691%, while the net tax rates for negative-rated employers will range from 1.245% to 5.4%, according to the state labor department’s website. The standard rate that applies to new employers will be 1%.
