Final revisions of the quarterly federal tax return for employers, expected to be used for all four quarters of 2025, and its instructions in English and Spanish were released Feb. 27 and 28 by the Internal Revenue Service.
Instructions for Form 941, Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return, did not contain substantive changes from the draft released Dec. 5. The IRS also released the Spanish version of the instructions.
The form itself and its Spanish version did not contain changes from the previous revision with a March 2024 revision date.
