Draft instructions for the 2022 Form 943-PR, Employer’s Annual Federal Tax Return for Agricultural Employees (Puerto Rico Version), were released Oct. 13 by the Internal Revenue Service.
The Spanish-language instructions were updated to reflect changes made to the 2022 instructions for Form 943, which provide guidance on the expiration of the Covid-19 federal tax credits previously in effect.
A draft version of the 2022 Form 943-PR was released by the IRS on July 7.
