Finalized versions of the 2020 health-care forms that are to be filed under the Affordable Care Act were released Oct. 15 by the Internal Revenue Service.
The forms are 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage; 1094-C, Transmittal of Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information Returns; 1095-B, Health Coverage; and 1094-B, Transmittal of Health Coverage Information Returns.
Finalized instructions for Forms 1094-B and 1095-B and for Forms 1094-C and 1095-C also were released.
The forms and instructions were not changed from draft versions issued earlier by the IRS.
