Forms related to employers’ transmission to the Social Security Administration of annual wage and tax statements for 2019 and 2020 were released Dec. 20 by the Internal Revenue Service.
For 2019, the agency released Form W-3, Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements, and Form W-3SS, Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements. The forms must be filed to the SSA by Jan. 31, 2020.
