Several finalized versions of revised forms and instructions related to the work opportunity credit and qualified disaster employee retention credits, as well as a draft of a new form for tax-exempt organizations to claim a qualified disaster employee retention credit, were released April 1 by the Internal Revenue Service.
The forms are:
- Form 5884, Work Opportunity Credit, with finalized instructions.
- Form 5884-A, Employee Retention Credit for Employers Affected by Qualified Disasters, with finalized instructions.
