IRS Releases 2022 Form 943 Schedule R Draft

A draft of the 2022 Schedule R for Form 943, Employer’s Annual Federal Tax Return for Agricultural Employees, was released Aug. 29 by the Internal Revenue Service.

The draft Schedule R, Allocation Schedule for Aggregate Form 943 Filers, contains similar changes to the draft 2022 Form 943. Boxes on Schedule R that previously corresponded to lines on Form 943 related to the employee retention credit or Form 7200 advances were grayed out and marked “Reserved for future use.”
