The Spanish versions of the quarterly federal employer tax return for 2026 and its instructions were released March 4 by the Internal Revenue Service.
The 2026 Form 941, Declaración del Impuesto Federal Trimestral del Empleador, and its instructions contain similar changes to the English version when compared to the 2025 form and instructions.
