IRS Releases Final Form 941, Form 941-SS, Schedules, Instructions

Final forms and instructions with March 2023 revision dates for Form 941 and one of its variants were released Feb. 23 by the Internal Revenue Service.

The final Form 941, Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return, did not contain substantive changes from its previous version with a June 2022 revision date.

The release also included Form 941’s instructions, which did not contain changes from its draft, Schedule R, and instructions for Schedule B and Schedule R.
