IRS Releases Finalized Instructions for Forms 941-X, 943-X(PR)

Finalized versions of the revised instructions for two forms that are used to adjust employers’ federal tax returns were released by the Internal Revenue Service.

The finalized versions of the instructions for Form 941-X, Adjusted Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return or Claim for Refund, and the instructions for Form 943-X(PR), Adjusted Employer’s Annual Federal Tax Return for Agricultural Employees or Claim for Refund, did not change from the draft versions released May 3.
