IRS Unveils eLevy Program, Teases Release of Levy Exemption Table

The Internal Revenue Service discussed its new eLevy program and federal levy exemption tables for 2025 on Dec. 5 during its monthly Payroll Industry Call.

The eLevy program allows employers to receive Forms 668-A and 668-W, federal tax levy notices, electronically via fax, said Katherine Gardner-Oloughlin, an IRS official. Prior to the program, the IRS only was able to sent the forms to employers through the US Postal Service.
