Kansas unemployment tax rates are not to change for 2022, the state Labor Department said Dec. 2.
Effective Jan. 1, 2022, unemployment tax rates for experienced employers are to range from 0.2% to 5.4% for positive-rated employers and from 5.6% to 7.6% for negative-rated employers, the department said on its website.
