Kentucky announced its unemployment insurance contribution rates and taxable wage base for 2023 through a Nov. 28 update on the state’s office of unemployment insurance website.
Kentucky will continue using Schedule A to determine tax rates for experienced employers, but the rates in Schedule A will be reduced by 0.075% in 2023 to offset a reinstated 0.075% Service Capacity Upgrade Fund assessment.
