Kentucky’s unemployment tax rates for 2021 are to be determined with the state’s highest unemployment tax rate schedule, the state Office of Unemployment Insurance said Nov. 27.
Effective Jan. 1, 2021, unemployment tax rates for experienced employers are to be determined with Schedule E, the department said on its website. Rates are to range from 1% to 3.5% for positive-rated employers and from 7.5% to 10% for negative-rated employers.
