Kirkland & Ellis, Female Attorney Agree to End Her Bias Suit (1)

Kirkland & Ellis LLP, four partners, and a female former attorney agreed to dismiss her lawsuit alleging sex bias, retaliation, defamation, and other claims.

The “entire action as to all Defendants is voluntarily dismissed with prejudice,” the parties said Friday in a filing with the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The stipulation covers all of Zoya Kovalenko’s claims against Kirkland, Michael De Vries, Adam Alper, Akshay Deoras, Mark Fahey, and De Vries’, Alper’s, and Deoras’ alleged professional corporations.
