The hourly minimum wage in Las Cruces, New Mexico, will rise to $13.01 from $12.65 effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to updated minimum wage posters released by the city.
The poster, which must be displayed in conspicuous places in the workplace, is available in English and Spanish.
The minimum cash wage for tipped employees will increase to $5.20 from $5.06, according to the poster. Tipped employees are defined by the city as individuals who customarily and regularly receive at least $30 in tips per week.
