The hourly minimum wage in Las Cruces, New Mexico, will rise to $12.36 from $12 effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to an Oct. 10 news release from the city.
The tipped minimum wage will increase to $4.95 from $4.78, according to the news release. The tipped minimum wage applies to employees who customarily and regularly receive more than $30 in tips per week, under the city’s minimum wage code.
Las Cruces has yet to update its minimum wage notice to reflect the rates in effect for 2024.
