The hourly minimum wage in Los Altos, California, will rise to $17.75 from $17.20 effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to an Oct. 15 update on the city’s website.
Los Altos updated its workplace posters to reflect the increase. The official notice is available in English and Spanish, while the workers’ rights poster is available in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
The minimum wage applies to employee who work at least two hours in the city in a calendar week, according to the website.
