Minneapolis and Saint Paul Announce 2026 Minimum Wages

Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota, announced minimum wage increases for calendar year 2026 on their city websites.

The hourly minimum wage in Minneapolis will rise to $16.37 from $15.97 effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to the city’s website. The minimum wage applies to all covered employers regardless of employer size.
