Minneapolis, Minnesota, Minimum Wage Rising to $15.97 for 2025

The hourly minimum wage in Minneapolis, Minnesota, will rise to $15.97 from $15.57 effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to the city’s website.

The rate applies to both large and small businesses, according to the website. Small businesses are employers with 100 or fewer employees, while large businesses are employers with over 100 employees.

Minneapolis updated its minimum wage poster to reflect the increase. The updated poster is currently only available in English.
