Missouri Issues 2022 Unemployment Tax Rates

Missouri’s unemployment tax rates and taxable wage base are unchanged for 2022, the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations said Oct. 15.

Unemployment tax rates are not to change for 2022, the department said on its website.

Tax rates for experienced employers are to range from zero to 5.4%, including a rate adjustment of 12% for employers not assigned the maximum basic tax rate and an adjustment of 10% for employers assigned the maximum basic tax rate.
