Missouri’s hourly minimum wage is to rise to $8.60 from $7.85 on Jan. 1, 2019, the state’s Department of Labor said Nov. 26.
Tipped workers must be paid at least half of the minimum wage, which in 2019 is to be $4.30, plus any amount needed to bring their total hourly compensation to at least $8.60.
