Missouri released an updated minimum wage poster for 2026 on the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations website.
The poster, which is available in English and Spanish, reflects the state’s $15 minimum wage effective Jan. 1, 2026. The minimum wage was established through HB 567, which was signed into law in July 2025.
The tipped minimum wage is $7.50, or 50% of the state minimum wage, according to the poster.
