The hourly minimum wage in Montana is expected to rise to $10.85 from $10.55 effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to Bloomberg Tax calculations.
The calculations are based on Montana statutes and federal data released Sept. 11 by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
State law requires Montana to calculate the annual adjustment to the minimum wage by Sept. 30.
