New Hampshire Relaxes Youth Employment Regulations, Work Hours

New Hampshire relaxed its child labor laws regarding work hours, night work, and busing under a bill (S.B. 345) Gov. Chris Sununu (R) signed June 17 that went into effect upon signing.

Minors ages 16 and 17 may work up to 35 hours per week while school is in session for five days a week, the bill states.
