New Jersey’s hourly minimum wage for employers with at least six employees will rise to $15.13 from $14.13, effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to a Sept. 26 press release from the state.
The minimum wage for seasonal employers, employers with fewer than six employees, and agricultural employers will increase by 80 cents for 2024. The minimum wage will rise to $13.73 for seasonal employers and employers with fewer than six employees, while the minimum wage for agricultural employers will rise to $12.81, according to the press release.
