New York Waterfront Commission Tax Rate Unchanged for Fiscal Year

The New York Waterfront Commission’s assessment rate remains 1.6% for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, a commission official said. The fiscal year began July 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026.

The official informed Bloomberg Tax of the rate by phone on Sept. 3.

The 1.6% rate was also in effect for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, which began July 1, 2024, and ended June 30, 2025.

Covered employers use Form WC-30, Employer’s Quarterly Payroll and Assessment Report, to report and remit assessments to the commission.
