Newfoundland and Labrador’s hourly minimum wage will increase April 1, the Canadian province’s government said Feb. 14.
The hourly minimum wage will increase to C$16 (US$10.57), up from C$15.60, the government said in a news release.
The minimum hourly overtime pay is time-and-a-half, or C$24, up from C$23.40, the government said.
