The minimum wage in Novato, California, will range from $16.04 to $16.86 effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to an Oct. 25 update on the city’s website.
The hourly rate will be $16.04 for employers with 25 or fewer employees, $16.60 for employers with 26 to 99 employees, and $16.86 for employers with at least 100 employees, according to the website. The minimum wage applies to employees who work at least two hours in the city in a calendar week.
