The highest tax rate decreased in Oklahoma’s 2026 withholding methods, released Nov. 13 by the state tax commission.
Tax rates used in the withholding methods range from zero to 4.5%, instead of from zero to 4.75%. Including the zero tax bracket, only four brackets are used instead of the previous six.
The value of a state allowance remained $1,000 annually, the commission said.
