Palo Alto, California, Minimum Wage Rising to $18.20 for 2025

The hourly minimum wage in Palo Alto, California, will rise to $18.20 from $17.80 effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to an update on the city’s website.

Palo Alto released an updated minimum wage poster to reflect the increase. The poster is available in English and Spanish.
