The hourly minimum wage in Palo, Alto, California, will rise to $17.80 from $17.25 effective Jan. 1, 2024, according to a Sept. 19 update on the city’s minimum wage webpage.
Palo Alto has yet to update its minimum wage poster for 2024.
The minimum wage applies to employees who work at least two hours in the city in a week, under the city’s minimum wage code.
