Pasadena, California, released a minimum wage poster and handout effective July 1 on its minimum wage webpage.
The poster is available in English and Spanish, and it must be posted where employees can easily read it. Employers must make a translation of the poster into languages spoke by at least 5% of their employees.
The handout summarizes key aspects of Pasadena’s minimum wage ordinance.
Pasadena’s minimum wage is rising to $17.50 from $16.93 effective July 1.
