The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will review a Philadelphia resident’s demand for a refund under the city’s wage tax for a portion of the city and state income taxes paid while working in another state.
The high court Tuesday agreed to consider a January Commonwealth Court ruling that rejected Philadelphia resident Diane Zilka’s claim of double taxation and request for a refund under the Philadelphia Wage Tax.
